Example of concurrent: https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/main/dotnet/samples/GettingStarted/Workflows/Concurrent/Concurrent/Program.cs CustomAgentExecutors style: https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/main/dotnet/samples/GettingStarted/Workflows/Agents/CustomAgentExecutors/Program.cs Workflow as agent (basicly build this factory): https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/main/dotnet/samples/GettingStarted/Workflows/Agents/WorkflowAsAnAgent/WorkflowFactory.cs and then call `.AsAgent()` https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/330c2607ad6cfd8b3bda5c90b6bcd839d7f173b1/dotnet/samples/GettingStarted/Workflows/Agents/WorkflowAsAnAgent/Program.cs#L39] [2026-01-24 21:25] xenonfun: https://github.com/rsafier/SafierSemantics/pull/22 [2026-01-24 21:32] xenonfun: (files: message.txt) [2026-01-24 21:44] xenonfun: (files: Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_4.44.13_PM.png) [2026-01-24 23:32] traves_theberge: Good share [2026-01-25 00:33] xenonfun: had SS review under Ministral3:8b & llama3.2 local amd glm-4.7-flashx. ### llama3.2 - not great ``` To confirm the Hybrid Approach is correct, I will attempt to call the functions needed with a slight variation in execution order and coordination. ``` glm-4.7-flashx good as expected (files: Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_7.32.03_PM.png, Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_7.32.57_PM.png) [2026-01-25 00:34] xenonfun: Ministral3:8b local was surprisingly good (files: Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_7.33.47_PM.png, Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_7.33.55_PM.png) [2026-01-25 01:24] xenonfun: yeah honestly the Roo Code plan is honestly a better fit that trying to use the MS solution, I didn't realize most things cannot add/remove plugins thru the chat completely stream. That is the coolest part I would lose. [2026-01-25 01:26] ajaxdavis: the models are just too dumb? [2026-01-25 01:40] xenonfun: no, the framework itself still has a lot of issues, particularly seems there are a lot of things that are RunAsync and not Streaming, this is why if you want to change out tooling you need to instance whole new agent. Pretty much all that NSprite and Unsandbox add the tool then just start using it not possible without overriding whole loop which this is effectively doing (files: Screenshot_2026-01-24_at_8.37.10_PM.png) [2026-01-25 01:42] xenonfun: on longer duration durable workflows this is probably not that big of a loss, already gonna be well structured. but user asking find me mcp to bind to and it does and uses it in 1 request appearently still special
